Amdocs Analyst/Developer
Work with management and client team members to define business requirements, translate into technical requirements and implement using the Amdocs toolset. Responsible for testing and quality assurance as well as complete documentation of all solutions. Also responsible for the coding of data conversion programs, coding of data porting programs, coding of critical/complex modules including customization, development of middleware and interfaces using VB and MS Access; Schema management and rules management using Amdocs rule manager; post-development implementation and post-implementation support; analyzing and implementation of the requirements for upgrading to Amdocs 12.0. Must have at least one year of experience as a Amdocs Programmer/Software Engineer and that experience must include using Amdocs Traveler option. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Engineering or related is desired. Position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
CRM Software Analyst/Developers
CRM Analyst/Developers work at a client site, implementing large-scale CRM installations. Duties include assessing client needs, planning and executing implementation strategies, and developing client-specific software solutions. Knowledge of Amdocs CRM development tools, C+/C++, VB/ADO/ASP, and XML are required. Travel is likely to be a significant part of this position.
CRM Implementation Project Managers
CRM Implementation Project Managers are responsible for interfacing with GoldCRM's customers and managing implementation projects through completion. This role may include direction supervision and coordination of the work of a small to medium sized team. Solid experience in delivery of technical solutions and prior project management (preferably with Amdocs CRM) is required. Knowledge of customer/field service and sales management processes is preferable. Travel is likely to be a significant part of this position.
Field Sales Specialists
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of the CRM services market, and have at least 5 years of successful hi-tech software sales experience. Flexible arrangements and aggressive compensation are available for best-fit candidates. Travel is likely to be a significant part of this position.
Sales Assistant
Performs clerical and administrative support duties for a sales office or department. Prepares and distributes various sales reports. Maintains files, schedules appointments and may make travel arrangements. Sometimes assists Customer Service and handles inquiries about products or services. Uses a personal computer and various software packages.
