Billing Advisor™
Billing Advisor™ extends the capabilities of Amdocs ClearContracts to support service billing scenarios. Billing Advisor™ allows contracts to be set up with variable labor rates, inclusions parts, travel time and expenses and one time event charges. The system supports a variety of billing scenarios from Time and Materials to pre-purchased service packs. Billing can be calculated when the case is closed or during the periodic billing cycle. Rollup and consolidated invoice settings can be configured for each customer. The system also facilitates export of calculated billing items to AR/GL systems.
